CONTINUOUS CASTING 

GYMTA is capable of engineering design of continuous casting workshop and supply of its devices, including Ladle Turret, Tundish, Mould, Continuous Caster Segment, Dummy Bar, Continuous Caster, Flame Cutter etc. Our continuous casting technology starts ahead in China and also is advanced in the world. And we have successfully applied our continuous casting technology to our projects and get a good response from our clients.

Capacity of Continuous Casting Workshop:
(1) Capacity of Slab Continuous Casting Workshop is up to 5 million ton (2 units & 2 passes).
     Kinds of Sections of Casting Blank includes (150～300) X (600～2300) (Thickness X Width), (350     ～400) X (1400～2600) (Thickness X Width), （150～200 ）X (1500～3250) (Thickness X Width)
(2) Capacity of Bloom Continuous Casting Workshop is up to 1.1 million ton (1 unit & 5 passes).
     Kinds of Sections of Casting Blank includes billets of φ150~φ900mm with 150~400mm
     thickness.
